Day 01:

India ‑ Banff
Arrive Calgary, upon arrival, after customs check; meet our local representative / Tour Manager who will transfer you to your hotel. Once check‑in to the hotel, time to freshen up. Late evening, transfer to Indian restaurant for delicious Indian dinner followed by transfer to hotel.

Day 02:

Banff ‑ National Park
Today after breakfast, feel the majesty of the mountains as you first travel through the foothills and enter the Banff National Park & enjoy Banff gondola. Ride to the top of Sulphur Mountain in Banff to experience a bird’s eye view of six mountain ranges. At the Banff Gondola, you’ll see more mountains in a moment than most see in a lifetime. The views become increasingly spectacular as you climb 698m (2,292 ft) to an elevation of 2,281 m (7,486 ft) at the Summit Upper Terminal ‑ the departure point for a mountaintop of activities. Later transfer to lake Minnewanka (home of the ‘Banff Crasher Squirrel’) lies in the heart of the Canadian Rockies in Banff National Park. Banff Lake Cruise provides a unique sightseeing tour experience. This magnificent interpretive lake cruise of Lake Minnewanka and the scenic Canadian Rockies is 1 hour and provides unique photo opportunities unavailable elsewhere. The Lake Minnewanka valley offers some of the most interesting and spectacular scenery found anywhere in the Canadian Rockies. Day 03:

Banff ‑ Lake Louise ‑ Columbia Ice Field ‑ Jasper
Today after breakfast, we start our scenic journey & proceed for Jasper along the Bow Valley Parkway. Highlights include Johnston Canyon, and the Victoria Glacier, which shimmers on the icy blue‑green water of Lake Louise. Continue along the Ice field Parkway, Passing some of Canada’s highest mountains and most magnificent glaciers. Stop at Bow Lake, Crowfoot Glacier and pass by Peyto Lake before reaching the Columbia Ice field. Enjoy one of the main attractions; The Columbia Ice field Glacier Adventure reveals the most unique attraction in the Canadian Rockies. Massive Brewster Ice Explorers, specially designed for glacial travel, take passengers on a remarkable excursion onto the surface of the Athabasca Glacier. Each 80 minute journey is lead by an experienced driver‑guide, who shares a wealth of fascinating information about glaciers, ice fields and their impact on our environment. Once return from the ice Field, we continue our drive towards jasper. Upon arrival, proceed for a dinner at a local Indian restaurant. Overnight in Jasper.

Day 04:

Jasper ‑ Kamloops
Today after breakfast, we proceed for Kamloops along the Yellow Head Pass passing Mount Robson, the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies. We continue our drive via Vale Mount, the end of the 1300 km journey for salmon migrating up the Fraser River and the intersection of the Rocky, Cariboo and Monashee Mountain ranges. Continue southwest to Clearwater and the beautiful Wells Gray Park. Once arrive Kamloops transfer to Indian restaurant for delicious dinner.

Day 05:

Kamloops ‑ Whistler ‑ Vancouver
Today after breakfast, we continue our journey traveling along the Shore of Kamloops Lake to arrive Whistler by afternoon & visit Whistler Village a place where you love to shop souvenirs for your friends & relative. Later be ready to enjoy one of the most fantastic cable car ride from Whistler Village to Whistler Mountain. From there you’ll have access to the PEAK 2 PEAK Gondola which connects you between Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains. Spanning the distance between Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains, the new world record ‑breaking PEAK 2 PEAK Gondola is a breathtaking, 4.4‑kilometre journey to infinite possibilities. 1. Longest unsupported span of 3.024 kilo meters, 2. Highest lift of its kind at 436 meters above the valley floor, 3. completes the longest continuous lift system on the globe. Vancouver ‑ Victoria ‑ Butchart Garden ‑ Vancouver
Today, after breakfast, full day tour to City of Victoria & Butchart Garden. Butchart garden is one of the most beautiful gardens in the world. We cross the ferry to reach Victoria. Upon arrival enjoy a short panoramic tour of city of Victoria famous as one of the most clean city in the world, followed by transfer to Butchart garden. The Butchart Gardens is a group of floral display gardens in Brentwood Bay, British Columbia, Canada, located near Victoria on Vancouver Island. The gardens receive more than a million visitors each year. The gardens have been designated a National Historic Site of Canada due to their international renown. Late afternoon, Transfer to port to board the ferry to reach Vancouver. Upon arrival, enjoy a panoramic tour to city of Vancouver & see Stanley Park, China Town, Canada House etc followed by transfer to Indian restaurant and to hotel.

Vancouver ‑ Cruise to Alaska (Cruise itinerary is subject to change)
Today after breakfast, time free till transfer to Board Cruise to Alaska. Once check in, you are free to explore this mega ship on your own or enjoy a variety of entertainment on board. Dinner on board Cruise. Our tour manager’s duty ends here. The cruise may start either from Vancouver or Seattle.

Cruise ‑ at Sea (Cruising)

Cruise ‑ Ketchikan
Today ship sails into Ketchikan known as Alaska’s ‘first City’ the one thing you can’t fail to notice are the many totem poles that dot Ketchikan’s landscape. These poles served many purpose in the native Tlingit and Haida societies, recording legends, family events, and history. Wander along the restored gold rush era streets of Ketchikan and Creek Street, to discover the infamous Dolly’s House. By late afternoon, ship start sailing towards Juneau continue return journey. Enjoy meals on board cruise.

Cruise ‑ Juneau ‑ Sawyer Glacier
Today our ship sails into Juneau where the huge gold strike in 1880 transformed Juneau into a booming mining town, so much so that in 1990, Juneau became the territorial capital of Alaska. You have an option either to stay on board or take an optional tour to Juneau & enjoy breathtaking views from 2,000 feet up mount Roberts. By afternoon ship start sailing towards Sawyer Glacier. After enjoy the beauty of Sawyer Glacier ship sails towards Skagway. Enjoy meals on board cruise.

Cruise ‑ Skagway
Today morning, enjoy breakfast on board. Our ship sails into Skagway by afternoon. Skagway is situated at the northern end of Southeast Alaska’s inside passage, the spirit of the gold rush lives on in the small town of Skagway. You can choose to take an optional tour from the cruise lines to see Skagway with its wooden sidewalks, horse‑drawn carriages, old‑ fashioned saloons and spectacular natural beauty. Wander up the boardwalk on Broadway and visit the Trail of 98 Historical Museum, which houses the finest collection of Gold Rush artifacts in Alaska. General Terms & Conditions:

  • This travel package is based on a minimum of 02 adult passengers traveling together.
  • Prices are based on Standard Rooms unless otherwise specified.
  • Child No Bed rates apply for children between the ages of 2 and 11 years sharing their parent’s bed.
  • Surcharge is applicable on a passenger traveling alone.
  • All bookings and confirmations are subject to availability.
  • The International check-in time is1400 hrs & check-out time is 1200 hrs.
  • The details of the sightseeing tours mentioned are indicative. The same may differ and the final details will be advised at the time of confirmation.
  • Name changes will be considered as a cancellation in a booking.
  • Amendment charges and/or cancellation charges will be applicable as per our terms & conditions.
  • Any increase in the hotel tariffs, sightseeing/transfer rates, fuel charges or taxes, rate of exchange, surcharges, etc. which may come into effect prior to the departure, will lead to an increase in the package price. Any difference in the price will be payable by the client.
  • No refund will be given for any unused services.
  • In case of non-availability of hotel rooms, alternate options will be suggested which may involve an increase in price.

Important Notes

  • There will be additional Service Tax on gross value applicable for any sale of Outbound tour services.
  • The above rates are not valid during Christmas and New Year Eve.
  • No refund for unutilized service.
  • Package available to passengers eligible for BTQ only.
  • Subject to GOI/RBI approval.
  • Airport transfers will be provided only if passenger travel with the group. All other passenger arriving / departing separately will have to arrange their own airport transfers.
  • The cost of land arrangement will be charged in INR as per prevailing forex card rate as on date of payment from the proceed of foreign exchange drawn from an authorized dealer under BTQ.
  • Visa must be processed 60 days before departure. Any cancellation of tour because of delay / rejection of Visa because of any reason/s, the customer will be responsible for the tour amendment/cancellation charges.
  • The Hotel check-in time is 15:00 hours. Early check-in will be requested but not guaranteed.
  • The Visa Charges once applied are non refundable irrespective of granted or refused.
  • Once an air ticket is issued, date change penalty will be applicable.
  • Any damages caused to the hotel rooms / coach during your stay, shall be borne by the concerned passengers.
  • Passengers who wish to take Alaska Cruise must take USA visa before travelling to Canada. The Canadian / USA Visa Fee is not included in the cost.
  • Alaska Cruise itinerary is subject to change.
  • In case Indian restaurant is closed because of any reason in Canadian Rockies area, local / Pizza dinner will be provided.
  • Airlines, Hotels, Itinerary, Sightseeing subject to change without notice.

  • Airline Reservation: All Airlines Reservations are confirmed as per group reservation hence all passengers have to travel together. Any change in flight (Inbound or outbound) will be treated as individual ticket & the difference will be charged from the client.
  • Visa: A Single Entry Canada visa and Double Entry USA visa will be required. Personal appearance is required for USA Visa.
